Summer Holidays 2013
Unfortunately I didn't leave the country, but as I have been discovering recently England is a very beautiful place to take your camera out and start randomly taking various pictures of anything.
I went to a place called Salisbury that holds one of the most spectacular cathedrals I have seen yet. I found it very peaceful in there and we were allowed to take pictures (which is always a bonus). Considering how dark the outside seems it was filled with light seeping through the stain-glass windows that were placed throughout the cathedral.
The day after I visited Salisbury Cathedral I went to Longleat Zoo which has a kind of 'safari' thing, where you can drive threw parts of the Zoo and you can see the animals up close and personal. My Dad and I really love Giraffe's, so when we saw you could stand on a balcony to feed them we leaped at the opportunity. We also encountered some little friends while driving threw the safari inspired part of the Zoo where a few little monkeys decided to travel on top of my car with us. My dad wasn't particularly happy with the state of the car afterwards.

You can call me old fashioned, I don't really care. But I honestly really like going to castles? There's something about them I just really like. What made my visit to Warwick Castle even better was the fact that I got to actually stay the night there in a tent, or tepee and experience some of the activities that would have held place many years ago. It was really enjoyable.
Although I didn't go to some exotic country, I still had a really good summer holidays. It will defiantly be one to remember.
